Sending your photograph is very straightforward; just attach your picture to your e-mail, and forward it to the e-mail address on the ‘Contact us’ page. Alternatively, you can post your photographs to me.

You should upload your photo in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff. Your images should be no less than 300dpi and no larger than 5MB. If you require more information on this, please contact me and we will talk you through the process.

Q. Do I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes! Once your photograph(s) have been received, I will explore the images and then contact you via email to give you a professional opinion on the expected outcome.

Q. How much does it cost?

The fees for my services range from £8 upwards depending on your desired outcome. Quotes are available free of charge; alternatively, visit my ‘Prices’ page for more information.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your photograph(s) are received, the time it takes to receive your order is approximately 5-10 working days.

Q. I need my picture within 5 working days, is this possible?

Yes, I can offer an express service at an additional charge of £5 per image and I will ensure that your image is returned to you within 72 hours.

Q. Can you combine images from more than one photograph into a single picture?

Yes, I can. You can send several photographs and have people from them placed together into a single picture. Simply give me detailed instructions when placing your order. See theGallery for examples of similar requests.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

I use PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with any credit card you can think of.
